Our history
Kwee Pwee Bok was one of the migrants from China, he was a descendant of native Chinese who migrated and landed in Pasuruan City.
1949 Kwee Pwee Bok settled in Pasuruan City and started from a small home business in the middle of the city. He started trading by making candy and rice cakes or what is known as Bipang/Puffrice.
At that time, Pasuruan City was known as a Port City on Java Island. For this reason, Kwee Pwee Bok's first son, Kwee Ik Sam, had the idea of naming their brand with the name 'Jangkar'.
